Underdeveloped belief systems or they’re just plain shot, kinda like something under the hood of a car.
I am a West Virginia native, born in 1947. If this had happened during my childhood, it would never have made the newspapers. The WWII vets would have taken care of this guy and the papers (and probably our State Police) would be mum.
