As Live Action reported earlier this year, Louisiana Right to Life uncovered chronic institutional negligence at Baton Rouges Delta Clinic one of three abortion facilities in the state that resulted in a botched first-trimester abortion in March which tragically resulted in woman undergoing an emergency hysterectomy, leaving her sterile.Just consequences for baby killing.
At least now she doesn't have to worry about having an unwanted baby ever again.

which tragically resulted in woman undergoing an emergency hysterectomy, leaving her sterile.Another tragedy - in fact an atrocity - also happened during her abortion. But we don't talk about that.

that resulted in a botched first-trimester abortion in March which tragically resulted in woman undergoing an emergency hysterectomy, leaving her sterile. That isnt tragedy, it is karma. She will never again be able to get pregnant with a baby she intends to kill just because using birth control or abstinence wrecks the mood or is inconvenient.
Women who have weak or non existent maternal instincts are eliminating their particular anti-life genes out of the gene pool (aka evolutionary survival of the fittest). In this case, the self-elimination from the gene pool happened quickly and a lot more effectively than, for instance, the inability to carry a pregnancy to term which is a much more common consequence than sterility of using abortion for birth control.
