Poor baby. Who arrests a kid? So there was no other way to take care of the problem?

Another way to take care of it? I guess you could call her mom and dad and make them come get her... but that isn’t likely to happen.

There have been a few news stories recently, where elementary school aged kids, have been arrested.

Are there discipline problems beyond the ability of the principal and parents to handle,? Even so, at such young ages do we really need the police?

The liberals have removed any other possible way to deal with a problem..

In my day one of two things would have happened.

The kid that got kicked would have pushed the girl down on her butt and that would have been the end of it.

The kid that got kicked would have run crying to the teacher and the girl would have been sent to the principal’s office and got a couple whacks with the paddle.

Parents probably would never know about the incident.

But our litigious society has made these two resolutions to the problem impossible.

Even if there’s more to the story (did she make her hand into a gun?), this is ridiculous! She should have been removed from the area, (go stand in the corner, maybe?) or sent to the principal’s office. Now the school and the police, have set themselves up for a lawsuit.

Just on the fast track to become a juvenile delinquent and later a full fledged criminal all aided by an enabling parent.

Not if you want to keep your job, keep your house, and stay out of jail. Much easier to let the cops deal with it.

I was in a Kindergarten classroom once where a child was so out of control that he was throwing desks and chairs at other students. The principal and security guard couldn't hold him back. This was while I was in control of the rest of the class, trying to stop them from getting crazy. A policeman had to come in with handcuffs to safely get the little darlin' out of the room.

In our Brave New World, it's called inclusion. That child's issues could not be addressed in a classroom environment, yet they had to keep him there. I was told he flipped out a few times a week. It isn't fair to that child and it isn't safe or fair to his class mates.

Check out the mayor and female weirdo chief of police. Need I say more.

My relatives used to own some of downtown Orlando before the Democrats made it PC and leftist.

Glad they took the money and moved.
