MIAMI (AP) Unsure where Hurricane Dorian is going to land over Labor Day weekend, many Florida residents faced a sense of helplessness as they prepared for what President Donald Trump said could be an absolute monster of a storm. All indications are its going to hit very hard and its going to be very big, Trump said in a video he tweeted Thursday evening, comparing Dorian to Hurricane Andrew, which devastated South Florida in 1992.The National Hurricane Center said the Category 2 storm is expected to strengthen into a potentially catastrophic Category 4 with winds of 130 mph and slam into the U.S. on Monday somewhere between the Florida Keys and southern Georgia a 500-mile stretch that reflected the high degree of uncertainty this far out.

Dad’s intuition has paid off twice since she moved to Florida.
Two years ago, convinced her to bug out to IN, which ended up a 2 week visit since her area was without power for that long. blew a couple windows out of her house
Time before that, talked her into at least going to stay at a friends stick-built house. When she went back to the mobile home she was staying in at the time, she found a tree laying across her living room
Just not worth it, if you have the means and opportunity to not stick around
