I just subscribed to the NY Times to read that article from Jan 12, 2017. There is a link in it to the unclassified NSA SIGINT that Q pointed us to in July 2019. Black hats declassified a document that was all about spying on Trump for FISA back in Jan 2017. Maybe that’s why Q keeps saying their stupid.

Maybe that’s why Q keeps saying their stupid.That's where I was leaning, they needed it declassified so they could justify spying on Trump but it was risky because it had things in there that could backfire on them. It's possibly another "Red October" reference from the Q team.
