I think their strategy was to start with a completely concocted basis for their conspiracy, but then proceed completely “by the book” as if the basis wasn’t fantasy. So I don’t know exactly why they declased it but I think it must be something to do with that.
I just subscribed to the NY Times to read that article from Jan 12, 2017. There is a link in it to the unclassified NSA SIGINT that Q pointed us to in July 2019. Black hats declassified a document that was all about spying on Trump for FISA back in Jan 2017. Maybe that’s why Q keeps saying their stupid.
