They were ORDERED to arrest him by the leftists running that pukehole. Three commanding officers including a black female Sargent were there ordering them to arrest him. They got those orders from their COs all the way up to the Commissioner who was ordered by Bill DeBlasio and the city council to crack down on people selling loosies because nothing comes between a leftist and taxes. The media totally ignored all that and focused on the white cop once again to flame their “white racist cop” narrative

Pantaleo should’ve been fired years before for all the other bad stuff he’s been cited for. They know this and are using him & the “choke hold” story to protect the others. Garner was killed because they dog piled him. Fat guys die when that happens. The same thing happened to Ethan Saylor in Frederick, MD. Now, they’re rid of a problem officer & everybody skates.
What was Pantaleo cited for in the past? I heard he was a good cop, 14 commendations, 300 arrests. Either way, NYC is in huge trouble because cops now are going to bring their arrests WAAY way way down especially when it comes to blacks.
I was watching that video again and when he said he can’t breathe, the cops arms wasn’t even around his neck.
So this guy paid with his life over some measly taxes?
I mentioned to my co-workers if they wouldn’t commit violence when protesting I would walk with them.
They advised me as I white guy not to attend.
And they never protest the right people because the media misinforms them. They should have been protesting the crap out of Bill DeBlasio and the City council that demanded cops bust people for selling loosies because it was cutting into tax revenue, and if you can believe it, the City council had the gall to protest what THEY demanded the cops do!! And not only that, they used it to flame race relations!
The black female Sgt. who was in charge of those cops got put on modified duty for failing to supervise, but hardly anyone knows that because the media routinely ignores it because it doesn’t fit into their narrative of “Racist white cop kills black man” so instead the constantly focus on the white cop.

Eric Garner died not because he was choked to death, but because from all the excitement he went into a severe asthma attack, stopped breathing and had a heart attack. They said his health was so bad, he had to sit down after walking just half a block. The cop Daniel Pantaleo was too short to choke him, he couldn’t get his entire arms around Garners neck so how could he choke him? The only time he got his arm around his neck was when Garner was down and it was only there for a few seconds. When he removed his arm, Garner was still conscious and talking, complaining that he couldn’t breathe. Why? Because he has severe asthma.
The REAL crime here is that when he passed out NOBODY did anything to help him and that’s why he died. But the thing is, if you resist arrest, the cops are not going to ask for your medical records before they use force. It’s a tragedy, and one that should have never happened but for the greed of liberals.
I grew up in New York city, you could not pay me enough to live in that hellhole today. The corruption is absolutely insane, it’s a city completely poisoned by leftism. My brother still lives there. All the leftist propaganda networks broadcast their poison from there, all the CNN garbage, MSNBC, and everyone is expected to bow to the leftist line or they destroy you, even the medical examiner bowed under leftist pressure to declare Garner died from choking, but it was all BS and they fired this cop solely to appease the leftoNazis and help DeBlasio in his Presidential campaign.
