While working in a big city ER I saw many,many things.Among those many things were guys living on the street who,when we had had to remove their socks,some of their skin would come off as well. We called it “toxic sock syndrome”. I saw one time where the same thing happened with a woman as her bra was removed.

It is obvious to me that the Congress should address this issue immediately.
We must do something!
The easiest remedy is to outlaw Underwear. This problem would disappear overnight.
