2009, there were at least 4 people a week shot randomly from across the border, not counting the numbers just in the U.S.

Yeah, I think they just consider illegals shot by cartel operatives due to unpaid bills to be “Mexican crimes” and don’t include them in local statistics. The Phoenix media doesn’t even bother reporting them in between their endless parade of sob stories about disabled former housekeepers whose Dreamer children are facing deportation.
I live in Roswell. It’s still
that way, but kept quiet due
the states’ current leadership.
