I was thinking about the cow, and missed the yellow lights....

First thought was “sacred cow.”

Then it hit me.... we are at the beginning of the 2000 year Age of Aquarius.
We just finished the 2000 year Age of Pisces.
The 2000 year cycle before that was the Age of Taurus - the Bull. It was during that time that you saw a lot of cow worship. One of the best examples Christians know of was the worshipping of the Golden Calf by the Israelites who lost faith in God while Moses was on the mountain with Him getting the 10 Commandments. It was also the time of the Minotaur in Crete. The present day derps’ religious practices and gods come from at least that ancient of a time, so we are led to believe....Moloch, Astarte, and the Egyptian gods, etc.

Could that cow be a symbol of the time of the roots of their paganism?

THE BULLFIGHT
