There’s a reason animal shelters are full of pit bulls and pit bull mixes. Anyone who takes one home, especially if they have kids, is an idiot.

If you look at ads in the newspapers they’re advertised as “terriers”. Pit bull part is not mentioned. You’d expect to see a jack russell or a rat terrier.
