Yup. The Atlantic just published an interesting article about how the Navy is staffing these ships with people who can perform multiple jobs vs. those with dedicated expertise. As you can imagine, the Atlantic was mostly touting this as a good thing (especially because it reduces manpower on this ships), but this is the inevitable result.
