I suggest something more effective would be for Trump to order Fed agencies to write very strict privacy regulations. All of these companies make money by stealing your data and selling it. Put that off-limits and they’ll start feeling the pinch quickly.
Just do like the Libs, go after their advertisers. You cut off their income, they take notice.
