If you can say “YES” to both questions below, you may be eligible for compensation benefits from the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund:

1. Were you present in the “9/11 Crash Site Area” (see generally map below*) between September 11th, 2001 and May 30th, 2002? and

2. Do you have a 9/11 “covered illness” such as cancer, breathing problems, or digestive issues?

Some of the Most Common Covered 9/11 Illnesses today are:

Non-melanoma skin cancer Melanoma of the skin Prostate cancer Leukemia Lymphoma Multiple Myeloma Kidney cancer Lung cancer Female breast cancer Thyroid cancer Colon cancer Bladder cancer Myeloma Oropharynx cancer Rectal cancer Breast carcinoma in situ Mesothelioma Asbestosis Other rare cancers Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD) Interstitial Lung Disease Sarcoidosis Reactive Airways Dysfunction Syndrome (RADS) Sleep Apnea Asthma Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) and many more. (See below for most recent updated list from the Victim Compensation Fund (VCF)).

In general, anyone with a covered illness who was present in Downtown Manhattan below Canal Street, the Fresh Kills landfill, on or near the barges/trucks that moved debris, the NYC Morgue, or garages where emergency vehicles were cleaned; or responded to the Pentagon or Shanksville, PA crash sites between the dates of September 11, 2001 and May 30, 2002 may be eligible for free lifetime healthcare and a financial award. Medical benefits and financial awards for 9/11 cancer claims depend on whether all eligibility criteria is satisfied and the strict registration deadline is met. Our 9/11 victims compensation fund lawyers can assist you with the process.

This fund is pure New York grifting- 9/11 was a financial bonanza to ungodly numbers of them.

I qualify for a least 4 of those listed problems but haven't been within 200 miles of NY .

I can see this as a free for all where the prospect of a monetary reward is dangled in front of an American and his lawyer. -Tom

Miraculously, of the millions of people who were in the designated areas during the designated timeframe, none would have suffered any of the many listed diseases had 9/11 not occurred. So any who now (or in the future) have any of the listed diseases or conditions must be suffering because of 9/11. Therefore they get a financial award and lifetime medical care.

Sorry to appear heartless but this has gone well beyond caring for the first responders and has become a New York ATM dispensing FREEMONEY.
