My son clarified. The event is real. He said that everyone in the industry considers it a joke, and is laughing at FireEye. I misunderstood him.
This other guy, Mandia, is highly thought of, though, according to my son.

It was posited that this was more or less disinfo so as to befuddle the targets. It is very difficult to believe. Also there were the two (IIRC) planes with supposed FBI people loading up boxes and boxes from Little Rock, CF stuff.
Another point that seems to escape some people, although I don't see why as even a grade school child could easily understand, is that investigators and prosecutors who actually do their job properly are very secretive about their investigations so as not to alert the targets until the trap is complete set and they're ready to arrest.
Yes I saw that. When Hillary is indicted I will believe Huber was working on it.
