AND THIS IS NEWS?.... we always have known that Foster Care was FULL of people who signed up just to get the $$, take the free things, and abuse and exploit the kids. NOTHING...substitutes a DAD and a MOM. Not two men or two women.
Also the kids are likely to be “troubled” already and so easy prey.
