While I understand the need for an ABUSE button to report legitimate abuse, companies can hide behind their decisions to ban people based on reports of abuse.
The danger is an organized group can target individuals, groups, and businesses.
As I said, this gives Facebook, Youtube, etc. the cover they need to ban anyone at any time.
He also participates here on FR IIRC, posting from his blog, stirring up some forum police...
