Most lyrics are from mindless, untalented, uninteresting writers.

Great lyrics stand out like skyscrapers.

OK. You got me on that one. I still remember hearing that song for the first and trying to figure out who the singer was. I finally did, of course, but not during that drive to Palm Springs.

And yes, the lyrics were worth listening to.
