Thank you. The induction of border officers to adjudicate on location is a real answer, in a crisis, and I’ve heard it circulating a couple of times this past week. These officers by their career experience would likely be the most capable of judicial appointments for dealing with classifications particularly among the UN-identifiable border runners.
