" I have to strongly disagree. Elmer Bernsteins score for The Magnificent Seven is tremendous."
Can't argue that. However, when I said other composers, I forgot about Bernstein who has written so many wonderful scores. So maybe he was the first before Williams?

Rhett not giving a damn because he was sooo fed up with Scarlett is how I feel about democrats in general and NO Trumpers in particular. My vote goes to Rhett Butler for first place in the Top 50 Movie Moments of All Time. A timeless response to unappeasable people.

Your comment on the Rhett Butler quote was spot on in its entirety.
I'd like to add another "movie moment quote" that has lingered in my memory for decades.
It's the unforgettable smoldering, sultry voice of the breathtakingly beautiful, young Hedy Lamarr as she seductively utters the words "My name is Tondelayo" in the 1942 film "White Cargo" set in Africa. The deft close-up camera work cast moody dark and light shadows on her face highlighting her exquisite features.
Lamarr acting was perfect as an almost-innocent, sexy and appealing half-native who captivates an American traveler to the Dark Continent.
She spent the entire film in a bra and sarong!
This magnetizing "quote moment" - "My name is Tondelayo" - propelled Hedy into world-wide fame and fortune, as well as her being a popular pin-up for WW2 soldiers....along with another GI favorite, Betty Grable.
German-born Lamarr was also an inventor. Among other devices, she co-invented a torpedo radio guidance system for the Allies to use against the battleships, U-boats and supply ships of the Axis powers.
Hedy was married six times and had three children.

Hi, Leni!
Thanks for the ping.
I haven’t seen that classic, but I will definitely search for it, now.
Fascinating life story of Hedy....not Hedley!!...Lamarr.
Hope all is well with you.

Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil has surprisingly good lines. The basic events are true, making it creepy and morbidly funny. The tranny is a real person.

And the companion line uttered by Scarlett O’Hara (Vivian Leigh) also in GWTW at the end of the movie:
