At age 96, this judge was very old and well into the age of living on borrowed time.

average life expectancy of a usa male is 78.

i think q is pushing the envelope in at least this case.

At 96, this judge should have retired many years ago...and was still on the court?

I know his age was an issue...but I still do not believe in coincidences
