Thousands of adorable but poisonous Bufo toads, which can kill pets and are dangerous to children, have invaded a suburban Florida neighborhood.
Cane toads, as they are known, range from 6 to 9 inches in length. Their babies are dime-sized, though, and those are the creatures hopping around in droves.
I just see a massive amount of toads or frogs everywhere, covering every square inch, said Jennifer Quasha, who lives in an affected area of Palm Beach Gardens, to WPTV. You cant even walk through the grass without stepping on one.

This could be bad. I saw a documentary on these creatures in Australia. They are prodigious. They will be everywhere. This could be as bad or worse than the asian carp in the rivers.

I finally discovered that if you shine a light at them at night they freeze, at which point I put the BB gun to the back of their head and executed them. Not sporting, but effective.
We would toss the dead toads into the canal. What was really freaky was how often the water would roil where they went in. Something big ate them.
” “Bufo” is a genus within that family.”
His parents probably bribed admissions toads.
I’m so glad I live in Northern WI. No creepy crawlers. Just deer.
