That has been used a number of times before and is in Swordmaker Lexiqon as I recall. It’s been most considered to be “CLASSIFIED” or “CLASSES” as in CLASSES of people, I remember there were particular designations for Senators, for example. Or, I think more likely, “CLASS[1-99]” is like a “DOES A-Z” in a legal filing - meaning classified matters and/or individuals.
