One of the big problems with AZ is the slow and difficult process to diagnose.I know a couple that the wife swears the husband has AZ and no one else in their circle thinks he does. Causes a great deal of stress. A definitive test would stop or slow the talk down. Mostly I think he is just tired of listening to her
