I live on Staten Island.

Have a million firefighter friends.

But they’re 50 now and retired.

I haven’t followed the fireman salary increases through the years because I didn’t give a #### :)

I was thinking the same thing. That salary would be nice where I live, but it wouldn’t make you rich if you were a young family with kids looking for a decent size house.

That salary works out to $2378.83 WEEKLY.

I live on $1188 a MONTH on Soc Security. Many around me have even less.....and we worked for over 60 years under Social Security.
