One more thing...there is a parenting issue here. Screen time is addictive, and has similar effects on the brain as drug use. Parents who give their children devices at an early age are asking for this, sorry to say.

Tragic.

Speaking from personal experience I agree with you.

It doesn’t hit every kid, but even if the kid doesn’t get addicted it can produce a lazy mind and make them a poor student or lazy worker.

As a supervisor of entry level employees, I see a lot of the new generation of workers that are addicted to their cell phones. When you take them out on a training exercise it is best to make them leave their phones behind.

My step daughter got fired from a job because she got caught twice on her cell phone on the clock. A lot of employers are taking a hard line on this.
