LOS ANGELES — Creating yet another roadblock to the Trump administration’s efforts to deport ineligible migrants, a federal appeals court ruled on Thursday that immigration authorities can no longer swiftly deport asylum seekers who fail an initial screening, opening the door for thousands of migrants a year to get another shot in the federal courts to win asylum in the United States.

The Ninth Circuit is just another cancerous tumor that has infected this Republic.
This is why Trump should not have signed the govt funding bill. If the system is going to rot the nation, then no sense in feeding it.
Also I always felt if the shutdown happened again, then we would not see rulings like this because all they would do is perpetuate the shutdown, and the courts would politically not want to be seen as perpetuating a shutdown.
Conversely, passing and signing that crappy funding bill then just emboldened the courts to make rulings like this.
This flood of illegals is being engineered by soros / soetoro / jarrett.
PDJT just needs to ignore the courts like soetoro did.

Intentional manufacture of more “catch and release” folks, by treasonous judges who absolutely know the outcome of their ruling - those granted future court days will never show up and will simply remain in the country illegally.
There’s a time coming soon when a Federal court rules on something, and decent Americans are going to hand them their teeth in a snack Baggie.
Don’t forget Trump had the Senate and House for two years and NOTHING was done! That’s why I stated, the fix is in...Trump is on the edge with me and I am leaning toward pissed right now.
Let's examine the CV of these treasonous pieces of Mitt:
A. Wallace Tashima - appointed by Rapin Bill, so he should have been impeached along with The Rapester. This piece of sh*t is also going to be 85 in June, so he's probably senile, soiling his Man-diapers on the bench, and his law clerks are making the rulings.
M. Margaret McKeown - also appointed by Rapin Bill, so she, too, should have been impeached along with The Rapester. The Rapester probably got a piece of this Lefty slut as payment for her Federal bench seat. She's fairly young, so we can only hope she has an early stroke.
Richard A. Paez - also appointed by Rapin Bill, so he, too, should have been impeached along with The Rapester. Paez is a Mexican first, American second. No explanation needed as to why he voted for his illegal countrymen.

It is time to challenge one circuit court’s exerting jurisdiction over the entire nation. NOW!
