“BULK DATA” #2938 (and past drops #1974, #2787 and #2043)
PART ONE OF FOUR- #1974
Post #2938 contained the term “BULK DATA,” which I propose to examine as it appears in previous drops. This will be a four part series. [For those short on time and want the high points, there is a summary at the end! :-D]
But before delving into the past drops, following is the relevant portion of the #2938 which provides current context to our study:

This term, “Bulk Data,” has appeared a few times among the drops, and I have been curious about it for some time. It appears that we are getting more information about it. However, I have been surprised to see, when looking back, at just how much info on it we actually had. Q was right: “You have more than you know.”

This drop makes the case that if the data brought before a FISA / FISC is false, then the dossier is baseless. Furthermore, why is Mueller still special counsel?:
“If the FAKE Steele Dossier constituted the ‘bulk’ of the ‘facts submitted’ to FISC to obtain FISA warrant(s) against POTUS….
Dossier dismissed as FAKE/BASELESS.
If Mueller was appointed as SC based on the Dossier - and the Dossier was proven to be FAKE/DISINFORMATION - and the Dossier was proven to be the ‘bulk’ of the information submitted to FISC in order to obtain the warrants (+FISA signers ‘pre-mediated’ neglect to disclose the actual FACTS (lied to)) - then how is Mueller still SC?”
Q then goes on to make a point which I had entirely missed upon reading it previously, that Barack Obama figures into this. Q sketches the clear picture:
“BO never called to testify re: Mueller?
Mueller investigating ‘Russian Collusion’?
Why would Mueller not contact BO?
BO was the ‘BACKCHANNEL’ between FBI/DOJ & STEELE.”
WHOA!!! Q IS STATING THAT BO, BARACK OBAMA, WAS THE BACK CHANNEL HIMSELF BETWEEN FBI/DOJ AND STEELE!!!!!!
Q then goes on to explain that Mueller did not “seek testimony.” Of Obama. Testimony not sought because Mueller’s was an IMPEACHMENT of DJT operation.
Q then goes through the structure that even if the House impeaches, there is still the Senate to get through.
“Why wouldn’t Mueller seek testimony?
Mueller: Impeach POTUS operation?
If impeachment is the goal via retake House (midterms), does it still not require a 2/3 vote in the Senate?”
Then Q asks us about the FISA and what will the 4th warrant disclose? I’m guessing, is it the signatures of who all were involved in the Cabal of Treason? Those signatures were hinted at in #1928 which was reposted in #2107. I do not recall what our other decodes of the [20] brought up, but all of this is making me think that the POTUS and Q are getting ready to answer these questions with DECLAS!
[FWIW, #1928 - reposted in #2107 - also references “FISA [20].” While this drop #2107 does not contain the term “Bulk Data” it could nevertheless be a contributor in understanding to #2938 and 1974. If you are tracing out the context of the “[20]” reference, you can also view #1794 and #1816. Usage of [20] seems to always be in context of “FISA.”]

You may het to this in parts 2-4 but the NSA was collecting everything and you could go back and search for cratin people terms or phrases which is what I believe adm rogers discovered and requested the audit

Q drop 2913 has the picture of a watch showing 3:42? Perhaps its the postioning of the big and little hands.
18 til 4, or 4 and 8?
Could this be related to timing? Perhaps March 13th, or April 8th?
Could be nothing but it does make me wonder.
