Louisiana law on posting criminal activity states: 'It shall be unlawful for a person who is either a principal or accessory to a crime to obtain an image of the commission of the crime using any camera, videotape, photo-optical, photo-electric, or any other image recording device and to transfer that image obtained during the commission of the crime by the use of a computer online service, Internet service, or any other means of electronic communication, including but not limited to a local bulletin board service, Internet chat room, electronic mail, or online messaging service for the purpose of gaining notoriety, publicity, or the attention of the public.'

We would need a picture to determine guilt. Louisiana female at 32, odds are not guilty, but we need evidence.
But I don’t see how the law would apply. She was neither a principal or accessory. And it’s unlikely that her son was a principal or accessory. He might not even be the camera man.
So everyone who has ever posted a video of a couple of knuckleheads beating each other up is guilty of a crime?

while this women is scummy for posting the fight. I am betting that the law that they are prosecuting her with is unconstitutional. according to the wording of the law if I post any video that has a crime being committed I can be prosecuted....normal hiden store video of shop lifter illegal...years ago video of rioting illegal...most of news would be illegal to show according to this law being used to prosecute the mother for posting the video of a fight.
