The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has awarded the Trump administration a victory by staying a lower court decision which blocked the administration’s attempts to restrict the military service of transgender people who suffer from a condition known as gender dysphoria.
The court found that Trump’s new policy, which was based upon the findings of former Secretary of State Jim Mattis (see below), was in fact a more nuanced version of the original policy and should not have been summarily blocked by District Court Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly. The Trump administration has asked the Supreme Court to weigh in on its attempts to place restrictions upon transgenders serving in the military.
Hanging in the balance are the last vestiges of Christian culture, and the marginalization of those who hold to the words of Jesus: “At the beginning of creation God made them male and female.”
We see this already in Canada, where Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberal government is requiring employers to attest that they respect transgender “rights” in order to receive summer job grants. In the United Kingdom, the Labour Party LGBT+ adviser has argued for the right of children as young as 8 years old to choose their gender and begin transitioning to embrace their “true selves.” And in America, Christian parents in Hamilton County, Ohio, have lost custody of their 17-year-old daughter after they refused to support her “transition” to male.
LGBTQ groups, celebrities and politicians have expressed outrage over the administration’s proposal to define gender as biological and fixed. This self-evident understanding, unquestioned for millennia, was overturned by former President Barack Obama, who enshrined subjective feeling – not the genitalia a person is born with – as determining one’s gender.
Thus, a man may decide that his “true gender” is female, and a woman may decide she is masculine. Further complicating this absurd notion, which would have left our forefathers aghast, are those who refuse to consider themselves either male or female, and inhabit the bizarre realm of “gender fluid” intersexuality.
The field of battle for the determination of the meaning of “gender” is none other than the several branches of the U.S. military, which of necessity have strict standards for those charged with the vital role of defending the nation.
In his memorandum to the President regarding transgenders in the military, former Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis concluded: “Based on the work of the Panel and the Department’s best military judgement, the Department of Defense concludes that there are substantial risks associated with allowing the accession and retention of individuals with a history or diagnosis of gender dysphoria and require, or have already undertaken, a course of treatment to change their gender.”
That this studied judgment angers those who reject biological gender defies comprehension, for it should come as no surprise that the military, which turns away diabetics, should decline those who may require major surgery and continuous hormonal replacement therapy. This is recognized by the service members themselves, only 39% of which approve of transgender troops.
Transgender Jamie Shupe, former Sergeant First Class has had second thoughts, and now feels he has “a duty to speak about the problems with transgender military service,” which “can seriously affect their duty performance. While they’re obsessing about their gender identity, they don’t have their head in the game.”
The military is all about maximum combat effectiveness. Soldiers do not serve in isolation, but work, eat, shower, and sleep together. No female unit should be required to sleep next to or bare themselves in front of an obvious male who insists that he is a female.
As one commentator notes: “We can’t even agree on which bathrooms trans people can use, but somehow we’re safer if we’re all in the shower together? No distraction there.”
Author Walt Heyer lived as a woman for nearly a decade and suffered medical surgeries and treatments before transitioning back to his true male gender. His book “Trans Life Survivors” tells the stories of 30 people gleaned from many hundreds of cases who “shared their lonely, surreal experiences falling down the trans rabbit hole, hoping to escape as he did.”
Sadly, our society will suffer dire consequences if it rejects the inborn nature of male and female, as designed by our Creator, which will result in a frightful descent into the “rabbit hole” of sexual anarchy.

I was talking to someone who was shocked, just shocked, that I gave money to the Salvation Army.
Their reasoning, is that they claimed salvation army has a terrible human rights record with LGBT peoples.
In their opinion, none of the good done by organizations such as the Salvation Army, matters because they allegedly aren’t liberal enough on LGBT issues.
I get tired of all the LGBT stuff, personally. I wish no troubles upon people’s let with all these gender confused thoughts. But to the most radical, you need to be a purist on homosexuality, transsexual etc.
You are physically born male or female. There is no amount of transitioning, treatment, therapy or surgery that can change the physical facts of life. Its pre-programmed into every cell and fiber of your being. It’s settled science. Those who claim otherwise are science deniers.

Now that’s funny. God doesn’t feel threatened in the slightest. And His plan is yet unchanged from the beginning. Ask the folks at Sodom how much of a threat they were to God’s established order. Oops, they are no longer available for comment.

We are already there. We are destroying the sanctity of life with abortion. Men lying with men, women lying with women and using wombs, eggs and sperm of others to create ‘families’ of helpless children.
We have turned God’s gift of life into a life of Hell.
Compare us to the other creatures He gave life to on this earth - birds, mammals, fish and amphibians. They are still pure and natural. We need to look at nature for redemption.

It should first be noted that the numbers of “intersexual” children are often greatly exaggerated:

The incidence of “intersexuality” should be viewed as a result of negative mutations, defined as “a change that occurs in our DNA sequence, either due to mistakes when the DNA is copied or as the result of environmental factors such as UV light and cigarette smoke. ... Often cells can recognise any potentially mutation-causing damage and repair it before it becomes a fixed mutation.”
Babies who are born with sexual deformities no more consitute a “third (or 4th or 5th “ad infinitum”) sex” than babies born with club feet or cleft lips constitute separate human sub-species.
There is no denying that the rare cases of babies born with sexual deformities constitute a difficult problem that requires wise medical judgment, but they in no wise justify the patent fiction that sexuality exists on a “continuum.”

Small amount of people, but what are they? Male/female? Define what they are.
I believe that there are “true” transgenders that from a very young age have “felt” they were the opposite sex. Some of those it may be something in the DNA, but I imagine for most it is still a response to their social environment and is a mental thing.
In the last ten years the number of males-to-females has increased about 300%. The increase of females-to-males is something like 4,000%! Mostly in the teen to young adult years. Most likely a social contagion like cutting, anorexia, etc. Girls are much more susceptible to social contagions. It is mostly seen in girls with pre-existing mental issues such as anxiety, depression, Aspergers, and other issues that can create poor social skills.
It is made worse by the trans-cult. Left-wing groups have piled on (like Soros and the Tides group) putting millions into it. To destroy families, destroy God, and destroy western hemisphere ideals. And of course therapists and doctors are jumping in based on very little actual data other than the amount of money to be made in affirming these deceived kids.
Can mentally ill people be reasoned with? Not if they are gender dysphoric or if they are dems. All are mentally deranged. Probably have better luck talking with a bean or an egg.

“small” = “extremely small” as in “infinitesimal”
There’s a truism among lawyers: “Hard cases make for bad law.” The left is using these “hard cases” as “proof” to support their overall objective, which is to deny that God created “male and female.” It is a full-bore attack upon the most fundamental nature of the crown of God’s creation.

How about: “God creates club feet, cleft lips, deformed limbs, etc. etc... He doesn’t make mistakes...”
“He doesn’t make mistakes.” Are you claiming we live in a perfect world? The unfortunate truth is that we live in a fallen world beset with sin, imperfection, and evil. We contract cancer and an endless list of other diseases, but as you say, “God doesn’t make mistakes.” How do you explain a world of imperfection, illness, pain, and misery?
The explanation is found in the Bible, which explains how the post-Eden world we live in became corrupted. But a new world awaits those who believe!
Actually, it doesn’t threaten God’s design at all.
God’s design is what it is and will withstand all the trans-homo- crap thrown at it, and in the end there will still be men and women.
What it does threaten is the fabric of our society.
