How CERTAIN can you be that she meant the same Carlos you assumed? How CERTAIN can you be that in her terror of her life being at risk, being an MK ULTRA victim many times over etc. etc. etc. that she simply COULD NOT have made a human error about a name so the whole incredibly detailed account HAS to be a hoax in your view?
I think your view requires taking it much more by faith that it's a hoax than just taking it at face value as an authentic but humanly flawed document.
