The FL bill to give felons voting rights was signed by the last governor IIRC and went into effect automatically.

The vote in November was for a Constitutional Amendment and passed by a two thirds majority of those voting. It did not need anyone’s signature. Unfortunately voters voted their emotions.
You are now saying that convicted felons, who broke serious laws can vote to change those laws, and can vote for those who enforce the laws.
