ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WTVD) -- McDonald's worker Yasmine James remains on leave after a brawl with a customer, allegedly about a straw, was caught on camera.
The viral video shows the customer, Daniel Taylor, reach over the counter and grab James by the shirt. James responded by punching Taylor several times. He is facing battery charges.
James said she's not physically hurt, but emotionally scarred after being left to defend herself.
"I didn't have any control over my body when he grabbed me," James said. "Like, I'm scared. Like, why are you grabbing me? I just didn't understand his intentions."
James said she had to call 911 after the attack because the manager didn't know what to do.
James has hired an attorney and they are now working to hold McDonald's accountable.

If he was beating her while she was helpless and no one did anything, that would be another matter.

No, it's pathetic. I've been around long enough to know that when men do pull the hero act, they usually expect something in return, and we all know what that something is. Not in all cases, but I've seen enough to know it's in a lot of cases. Maybe that's why women like her are learning to defend themselves. They're tired of that.
I don't see where any of this applies in this case anyway. She took care of business on her own. If she needed the help, I'm sure she would have gotten it.
So, men who are chivalrous are after sexual favors, eh.

In the twisted world I live in, men shell out billions a year for prostitution in this country alone. That price includes making human traffickers and abusive pimps rich, all for the sake of having a warm wet spot to stick it into.
