I understand your reasoning but on the whole, that statement is utter irrational nonsense.

IF the 60,000 sealed indictments are ACTUALLY, TRULY, REALLY NOTHING, then WHY did ANYONE bother to make them happen and keep the system loaded with that ammo?

And how many of the tens of THOUSANDS of evil doers are kept somewhat in check by the fear—likely true—that THEY are included in those 60,000 sealed indictments?
