I honestly and with no bias have to disagree. I don't think anybodies motive is to "gain trust". I think it's just religious people doing what religious people do. Display their religion and share it with each other.

I don't have a problem with that and I'm not sure why anybody else would.

Or are you saying that those displaying their religion are FALSELY and HIPOCRITICALLY displaying their religion as a trick to gain (whose) trust?

I'm honestly not completely understanding your argument. With all due respect.

Asking for prayers for our nation and President is "using religion"? I wholeheartedly disagree with that. Our nation NEEDS prayers. Our President NEEDS prayers. Prayer work, and there's not one thing wrong with asking for prayers for others. Not one, and you darn well know it.
