I get confused at the end as it looks as though the vehicle moved. Is that correct? Did water get in the vehicle and this is why the stream shut down or was it another reason. Does anyone know?

From what I could tell, almost all the streams on that site stopped at once... There were errors from too many people trying to access, and somewhere in that time frame the cell towers quit.

All of the video streams pretty much went dead at that point.

There were about 8 different storm chaser feeds and as the storm went north, each stopped when the storm winds got really bad. Probably works better for torados than hurricanes.

If you lost a connection, you could not get it back and the storm chaser disappeared from the map.
