Shameless personal note: A few years back when my son lived in Tempe, he took me to the Musical Instrument Museum (https://mim.org/), which for me as a middling musicologist was like entering the Elysian fields.
The place was crowded, but I never had any trouble being surrounded by the crowd, since they were all rushing to the Taylor Swift exhibit, complete with clothes and instruments from her concerts. This left the other 90% of the museum to the rest of us, including one of the only three octobass in the world, which to music historians is at least as important as, well, Taylor Swift's concert dress.
Unfortunately, she won’t get the hype that TS gets, and it’s a shame.
Despite the attention its getting, I highly doubt that voters change their votes by what Taylor Swift says or does.

I’m 99.9% certain that Taylor Swift is a lesbian, so the odds of her supporting a Democrat are very high.
Seems out of character for Swift since up to now, she has taken the smart approach of “both Democrats and Republicans buy records and go to concerts”. She probably has a bunch of lefty friends who were frothing at the mouth about Kananaugh and she acquiesced to their thinking. Will be interesting to see if she ever makes a foray into politics again.... my guess is that the fierce backlash will discourage her, especially when Blackburn wins and she realizes that what she did wasn’t that bright, even if she strongly believed she was right about the politics.

I worked a Taylor Swift concert here in Tampa a few years ago. We were told not to approach her under any circumstances because she doesn’t like cops. I’ve never experienced that with any other celebrity other than Hillary Clinton.
Yep! And the amazing thing is, she’s only been politically active for a couple of years and has achieved national visibility. Incredible example of how new leaders can emerge and a great role model.
