My best friend's father is 92 years old. He eats what he wants in moderation, doesn't exercise, is in great shape, still drives,reads every day, lives alone and has all his marbles.

I think his secret is good genes and he screams A LOT.

actually, living on your "own" keeps you responsible for the house, the food, the taxes, the bills, the meds, etc.....

stay involved....that's the key...
