A friend was working in the Philippines(?) and the two locals he was with were arguing. He could tell that they were arguing, and he asked what about.

“He say white dog taste better, but everybody knows black dog is better.”

Although these are two white dogs, so I have no idea why two dogs. (One to keep the other company? In case one of the surveillance bugs conks out?)

I believe it is a male and female dog, they are meant to breed, the meaning is the two countries coming together as the two pups will!!!!

I remember the huge uproar over some banner the local L.A. Filipino community had for some festival some years back.

Showed a dog on a spit over a BBQ pit.

Of course, just a few years ago here in Hawaii, some maybe Filipino grounds keepers were busted catching someone's dog and eating it...........
