Much underage drinking, passing out, and puking. The feds could very well come to the conclusion that she had far more than one drink when she was allegedly assaulted, ie. no recollection how she got there or how she left there. The big thing could be re. polygraphs not so much the results but whether the parties agree to take them. Usually an innocent person is more than willing, while a guilty person usually says “no”.
