Absolutely. What a lot of people do not understand today is that the Democratic party is gone, it’s no longer the party they once knew. It’s not the party of JFK, even Carter or Bill Clinton. It’s now a party made up of enemies of the USA whose ONLY goal is to destroy the USA. That was made quite clear only last weekend when they had the Antifa brownshirts blatantly calling for the end of the USA with their chant of “No Trump no wall no USA at all” They also held up signs saying “This is war”. It doesn’t get any more clear than that. They HAVE to be defeated because God forbid one of them becomes POTUS.

I know why all but one of those listed were targeted by the Communists, they were either sympathetic to Moscow or were easily fooled/duped.
The one strong anti-communist, Rep. James Fulton (Pa), is the anomaly but I suspect it was because he was a knowledgeable anti-communist that he had to be targeted for penetration, entrapment (honeytrap, blackmail, etc). or destroyed.

Thank you for your reply. As I said, I used to be one of them. I’m not surprised by their violence. I’m ashamed to say that thirty five years ago I advocated the same philosophy of much of the current Left but, for some strange reason I knew the Soviet Union was evil. I also bought into the line that the Nazis were ‘’right wingers’’ and I read The New York Times like it was the Bible. My education to conservatism came through a dear friend of mine, since departed. ‘’Paul’’, was a Vietnam veteran. An artillery sergeant with the US Army’s 9th. Infantry Division, he’d been an Air Force brat. His Dad had been a bomber pilot in WW2 in the Pacific and later served with NORAD, Paul had traveled with his family in many AFB bases in America and later in England. He educated me to the fact of who and what the Left really was.
Remember that, after many months of dithering, Obama finally gave approval to get Osama only to get the Trump/Birth Certificate scandal out of the headlines.
If not for Trump, Obama might have let Osama get away.
Got news for friend but the Democrats were NEVER good. FDR thought Old Joe Stalin was a swell guy. The Left was on the side of the Vietcong during the Vietnam war. JFK and LBJ were just too blind or stupid to realize it. Heck, Joe Kennedy was trying to make deals with the Nazis.
