I've watched the video, its a time lapse optical illusion. caused by helicopter lights and the chopper flying directly away from the camera.

Besides which there are two competent independent eye witnesses, the chopper pilot and the Alaska pilot who are verified to be at that location or in the immediate vicinity who saw nothing.

It didn't happen...nor was AF1 anywhere close by
