Sounds like Cohen was acting as an attorney - this is privileged information. CNN should be sued for obtaining it illegally.
Unfortunately, CNN obtained it from Lanny Davis, Michael Cohen’s attorney. Lanny Davis is a democrat operative, and a sleazy one, at that. If nobody thinks he wasn’t told by the Mueller team, that if he wanted to get his client out of trouble, he needs to get Cohen to give permission to give recordings to the MSM, I’ve got some wonderful seaside real estate in Arizona I’d like to sell them.
