He’s thinking ahead. He figures that he can find a a federal judge somewhere who will effectively overrule the Supreme Court, and he probably can.

There is a very good reason why they call it the SUPREME Court. Just who do you plan to sue?Actually, IIRC, in New York state, the "Supreme Court" is the lowest level court... then you appeal to the "Appellate Division"... then the top court is called the "Court of Appeals".
