A manager at an apartment complex in Tennessee was accused of racial discrimination after she called the cops on a black man for dipping his feet in the community pool with his socks on.

Camry Porter said that she and her boyfriend were enjoying the Riverset Apartments pool on the Fourth of July with her two godchildren when they were confronted by community manager Erica Walker, according to WREG 13.

Walker was evidently upset that Porter's boyfriend had dipped his feet in the pool while wearing socks and threatened to call police if he didn't remove them immediately.

'I think she's calling the police because he has on socks,' Porter can be heard saying in footage she captured of the incident.

'She's walking off making a phone call to whoever she needs to call. I haven't said anything crazy to her, but I did tell her I was not going to leave.'

The clip was later posted to Facebook and has already been shared nearly 7,000 times.

Porter said that Walker identified herself as the building's manager and demanded that her boyfriend follow the rules or leave the facility.

You are right. This is ginned up by race baiters and the media. (But I repeat myself) Remove skin color from the story and it’s a big, fat nothing burger. People who won’t comply with the rules or leave when ordered to get the cops called on them regardless of color. I would certainly ask someone to leave if they were dipping their nasty, sweaty socks in my pool. If they refused then yes, I would have them cited for trespass. Color has nothing to do with it. Same with Starbucks. “People thrown out for loitering” is not a story.

True, kids will be kids and piss in the pool. But a grown man at Medicare age should know better. This is a private community pool. I have made up my mind, to file a complaint with the property manager.
