I’ve had alligator and turtle soup. Will admit that the alligator was better than the turtle, but didn’t like either. Can stomach alligator with enough hot sauce and beer, but there are too many other things I like better.

Perhaps Mr Anshu Pathak, was dreaming of the old country and thinking in Rupees?

I’ve eaten squirrel and gator, both pretty tasty. I draw the line at bugs.

And I figure its got a lot to do with knowing how to prepare it. Hell, the French can make snails taste pretty good!

He can’t afford a more humane way to kill the iguanas?

Swiss?
Wednesday Switzerland banned the practice and ordered that lobsters be stunned before being despatched to our plates to avoid unnecessary suffering in the kitchen...

Eskimo?
No 0bamacare, drop them off out on the ice floe.

So while our brave lizards are getting information for us in Iran, some people are actually eating their reptile brothers here at home?

All this time, I thought it was trained sharks with lasers in Iran?

Nice work!

It’s even worse for reptiles.

They’re ectothermic and death would be very slow and excruciatingly painful.

They’d become torpid from the cold and just have to lay there feeling all their cells exploding with ice crystals.

Who the hell would do that to anything alive and sentient?

Apparently the ignorant-ass owner of that exotic meat company-I wouldn’t buy any meat from a place that slaughters inhumanely, hence I don’t buy meat at the big supermarkets in the city-I know where and how the local butcher shop slaughters animals whose meat they sell-bullets are quick...
