Comedian Tracey Ullman: Woke Will Eat Itself (HotAir)
Alternate title: A Typical Day on Twitter. The video is a few days old, but its so good as a palate cleanser that it simply cant be missed. Comedian Tracey Ullman has enough standing as an entertainer and a cultural satirist to get away with this send-up of millennials and wokeness I think, anyway. If she doesnt, no one does, and its funny enough to test out the theory (Not Safe for Work language):

I’m really not surprised. I thought Tracy Ullman was smarter than average back when I watched her show in the early ‘90s.
Then again, I would guess that quite a few stand-up comics are pretty intelligent, and therefore will tend to become conservative as they get older. Most are also smart enough to keep their politics to themselves.
Jerry Seinfeld has dropped a few hints. Michael Richards dropped a bit too much of a hint, I’m afraid.

Excellent satire!
I’m amazed that it was on BBC.

One of the most multi-talented people I've ever watched. After coming to the States she sat in her and her American husband's place watching US television and taught herself our regional dialects, from NY Jewish transplants in "Flawrida" to mildly redneck big hair ladies of Tulsa.
Like many (legal) immigrants maybe she has a far better understanding of how lucky and privileged we are here. And certainly better than the spoiled masked brats and their inane chanting ever received from their Communist university mentors.

I forgot about that. My dad used to watch her show and just got the biggest kick out of the Simpsons. Something about the way the characters were drawn and their voices just tickled him to death.
