NY spends the highest per capital on “education” when in fact it is a money hogging scam for the Teachers’ unions and the bloated Administation. Until someone reforms this NY will continue to flounder and die.

What ever happened to the NY Regents program that made my life a living hell in the ‘60s?
It’s sad because it gives legit minorities a bad reputation.
At work, some black people talk about their master degree or getting their second master degree, and yet can’t grasp the most simple tasks at the office. I wonder if they are pushed through due to their skin color...all the way through college.
