That’s good stuff, I have watch my carbs, my carb splurge today was the potato.
I absolutely love bread so I always have to compromise when I have a potato, it better be good. I can never have then both unless I really cut the serving size.
Diabetes sucks, it’s like punishment for blowing out your pancreas early on in life by being a glutton. I thought for some time that it be diabetes that would catch up with Anthony Bordain.
