Australia will not follow U.S. President Donald Trump’s lead and move its embassy to Jerusalem, Foreign Minister Julie Bishop has said, defying her own governing Liberal Party’s request to do so.
At the Liberal party’s annual federal council in Sydney, MPs and the party’s youth arm had called on the government to relocate its embassy from Tel Aviv to Israel’s capital, and to suspend all aid to the Palestinian Authority “until it terminates its ‘Martyr’s fund” which rewards terrorists and their families with support payments.

Look at this sign recently posted on Australian beaches if you don't believe that the Aussie government is, like Germany, intent on restraining their own citizens, but kissing Muzzlime a@@. And the deluded Aussies will no doubt, if they haven't already, see skyrocketing number of attacks on their women.

While I call Victoria a Socialist state that sign was a piece of BS. If Victoria keeps on going the way it is then it may just be 20 years early. The rest od the country seems to be taking a right hand turn. My own state which rarely has seen conservatives in power recently did a sharp tur right and finally kicked put a 13 year labor government. Most other states have turned blue (conservative) over the last few years. I find it heartening that young conservatives in this country are pushing to support Israel. It wouldnt have happened even 10 years ago
I a guessing the youth look at the way Muslims behave in Australia and figure they are the same way in the Middle East. Whereas you almost never hear of a devout Jewish person committing an act of terror or even committing a serious crime.

We visited Sydney 30 years ago. There were topless beaches nearby.
Exactly LukeL. This generation seem to be far prouder of their Australian Heritage than my generation were. Melbourne has a large Jewish population however and sometimes I wonder how it can be such a hotbed of socialism. At the same time it has some small but hardnosed far right groups. I believe this picture was a fb settup to get them all riled up then point out how stupid they were for jumping up and down without fact checking. On the whole I think it failed. Melbourne Council is one of the richest in Australia. They dont put up laminated signs.
There is another theory though that is was done to test the level of outrage and if there had of been support for it they may have actually tried this out.
